Pursuant to the notice issued in the Contempt Cases, learned Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court the copy of the order dated 13.04.2017 releasing the increments pursuant to the orders of this Court allowing the Writ Petitions. In view of the same, no further proceedings need be taken in the present Contempt Cases.

The Contempt Cases are, accordingly, closed.
