This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Roc.No.B/6381/2016, dated 17-10-2016 issued by the 3rd respondent, whereunder and whereby fair price shop authorization of the petitioner was suspended. In the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent, it is stated that fair price shop authorization of the petitioner was cancelled on 05-05-2017. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 05-05-2017 in accordance with law.
