Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent - Sub Inspector of Police,/ Station House Officer, Police Station, Ibrahimpatnam, Jagitial District, in not registering the crime on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 5.6.2018 against unofficial respondents 5 to 9, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that today i.e., 22.06.2018, based on the report lodged by the complaint, 4th respondent registered the case in Crime No.69 of 2018 and the commenced the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same. Recording the above statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of.
