THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6195 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crime No.114 of 2018 of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per the investigation conducted so far, there is no accusation against this petitioner.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is being harassed time and again. Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer, Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, is directed not to harass the petitioner in any manner whatsoever, without there being any accusation.

With the above direction/observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
