HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3363 of 2017 ORDER:

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner/Defendant No.1 in this Civil Revision Petition is the disposal of I.A.No.325 of 2016 in I.A.No. of 2016 in O.S.No.153 of 2014 on the file of VII Additional District Judge, Gudur, SPSR Nellore District, filed seeking to condone the delay of 181 days in filing application under Order-IX Rule-13 C.P.C., to set aside the exparte decree dated 29.03.2016 passed in the aforesaid suit.

As can be seen from the record, the said application came to be filed on 26.09.2016. In those circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned VII Additional District Judge, Gudur, SPSR Nellore District, to dispose of I.A.No.325 of 2016 in I.A.No. of 2016 in O.S.No.153 of 2014 by passing appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing both the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
