As there was no representation either for the petitioners or their counsel on 05.02.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, no representation either for the petitioner or his counsel. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further.
