Mr.T.S.Venkataramana draws the attention of this Court to order in W.P.No.21404 of 2016 and batch, dated 23.02.2017 and also the communication addressed by the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Hyderabad Division, Secunderabad, dated 30.03.2018, which is placed on record, and states that the case of petitioner will be considered along with similarly situated licencees. The statement is placed on record and accepted. This Court is of the view that in view of subsequent developments, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ prayer. Hence, the petitioner is not coming forward to work out the relief.
