This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.206 of 2017 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Tenali, Guntur District, and transfer the same to the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Avanigadda, Krishna District.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that H.M.O.P.No.206 of 2017 was dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

In view of the dismissal of H.M.O.P.No.206 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Tenali, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition. 4.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
