HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 42301 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that the building permission application filed by the petitioner 'online' was not properly processed and no communication is given to him so far. Initially the Municipal Authorities informed that his application failed in the scrutiny.

According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for first respondent that the entire process of building permission applications is through website of the respondent authority and reasons for not processing the application are also available in the website.

Without verifying the objections available in the website, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition invoking the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, the Writ Petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed on this ground.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to comply with the objections raised while processing the building permission application through website.
