This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in S.C. No.534 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Jagtial. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
