HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1359 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.11418 of 2018, dated 06-04-2018.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent submits that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, case of the petitioners was considered and order is passed. The same is challenged by way of filing separate writ petition.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.
