This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.1073 of 2014 from the file of Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted.
