I The present Contempt Case is filed alleqinq disobedience to the order passed by this Court in LA.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.42B9 of 2022, dt.07.02.2022.

Learned Government Pleader for Services I submits that the respondents have now complied with the above said order of this Coufr, vide Proceedings in Rc.No.B2l23512.027, dt.14.09.2022 allowing the case of the petitioner, though with some delay, and a copy of the same is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner and also placed on record of this Court, and I therefore, prays for closure of the contempt case. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the above order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, and the said fact has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no disobedience, much less willful disobedience, to the order of this Couft, on the part of the respondents. 4.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
