ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 22.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38269 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader Forests appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 22.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38269 of 2018, the respondents have considered the cases of the petitioners and rejected vide proceedings dated 25.11.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
