Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri M. Roopender, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent-Corporation and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent-Corporation.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners were deputed to work in the 1st respondent-Corporation and they accordingly worked for some time and again they were repatriated to the 4th respondent-Corporation. According to the petitioners, they are entitled for additional amount of 15% of pay towards deputation pay in addition to their regular pay and allowance, but the same has not been paid to them during their period of deputation in the 1st respondentCorporation. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the 15% of pay towards deputation pay to the petitioners, for the period they worked on deputation, if they are entitled as per rules, within a
period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
