Order: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V. Bhatt) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport (AP).

The petitioner complains against the inaction in registering vehicle bearing Chassis No. 37218 as illegal and arbitrary. This Court, through order dated 9.10.2001, directed the respondents to consider the said vehicle for registration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the time of hearing, submits that pursuant to the interim order of this Court, the registration has been completed. No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. Having regard to the above circumstances, the interim order is made as the final order in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions also stand closed. No costs.
