Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 22.07.2015 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition stating that the matter is settled out of Court. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter is not settled out of Court, but has no objection for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of the above, permission is accorded to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
