2. Petitioner seeks grant of pattadar passbook and title deed with regard to land in survey No.1066/5 admeasuring Ac.1-191⁄2 cents of Ukkayyapalle Village of Kadapa Town and Mandal. The averments of the petition show that he made an appropriate application under Form 6A through Me-seva by paying the requisite fee. The said application, dated 02.01.2015 is again followed up by another representation, dated 02.04.2015 also through Mee seva in the prescribed proforma. Petitioner is stated to have enclosed the necessary documents and paid the requisite fee. However, alleging inaction on the part of respondent No.4, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Keeping in view the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.4 to consider petitioner's aforesaid application and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
