HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY C.C. No. 2019 of 2017 ORDER :

This Contempt Case is filed against respondent alleging violation of order dated 24.01.2017 in W.P. No.2363 of 2017, wherein this Court granted order of status quo. Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that they are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner. No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner denying the averments in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent is allowing third parties to disturb the possession of the petitioner. However, no material is placed in support of the said submission.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court and accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. However, if any third parties are interfering with the possession of the petitioner, he can avail remedies available to him under law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands dismissed.
