THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI I .A.No.1 of 2018 I N CONTEMPT CASE No. 1226 of 2017 AND CONTEMPT CASE No. 1226 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This Contempt Case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 28.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.13651 of 2017 in W.P.No.10983 of 2017.

The Contempt Case was admitted on 25.01.2018 and the respondent in the Contempt Case, the Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Hyderabad, was directed to be present in Court today.

However, I.A.No.1 of 2018 was filed in this Contempt Case by the respondent seeking dispensing with his presence today on the ground stated therein.

Learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, would inform this Court that W.P.No.10983 of 2017 itself came to be disposed of by order dated 21.02.2018 by another Division Bench of this Court. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

In the light of the aforestated development, the interim order passed by this Court now stands merged in the final order. That being so, the contempt proceedings in relation to the interim order no longer survive for consideration.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. I.A.No.1 of 2018 in C.C.No.1226 of 2017 is ordered dispensing with the presence of the respondent. No order as to costs.
