THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.103 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.114 of 2015 from the file of the Judge, Family Court at Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court at Vijayawada.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
