The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the civil revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
