The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition vide letter dated 28.01.2016. Sri P.V.Vidyasagar, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that he has no objection for the same. Hence, permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
