CONTEMPT CASE No.580 of 2016 ORDER :

This Court by order dated 17.12.2015 in W.P.M.P.No.51826 of 2015 in W.P.No.40146 of 2015 directed the respondents to admit the petitioner to duty if so far, he is not removed/dismissed or placed under suspension.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner is now admitted to duty and is continuing .

3. Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
