THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34515 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.1 to 3 in not taking the action against the respondent No.4 as the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 07.11.2014 to respondent No.2 illegal, arbitrary, and violaltive of principles natural justice and consequently direct the official respondents to forthwith register the complaint made by the petitioner and investigate the matter and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent are settled out of the Court and no further orders are required in the present writ petition.

Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
