This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.1147 of 2016 in O.S.No.377 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.377 of 2008 on 02.06.2017. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
