This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not absorbing the petitioner J.L.M./L.D.C. etc., as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
