ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned government pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioners claim that the land to an extent of Ac.2-10 guntas in survey No.261/2 of Saidapuram Village, Kadiri Mandal, Ananthapuram District, is their ancestral land and one of the brothers and Avulaiah were already been given pattadar passbooks. Petitioners' application for pattadar passbook is stated to be pending. Petitioners state that they seek to alienate AC.0-50 cents each to two purchasers out of the said land, but the fourth respondent is stated to have insisted and obtained no objection certificate. Questioning the same, this writ petition is filed.

3. The issue in this writ petition is similar to the considered by this court in W.P.No.17809 of 2015 and batch dated 22.06.2015.

4. Following the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the registering authorities concerned to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners without insisting upon no objection certificate. The registering authorities concerned is further directed to receive and process the document in accordance with the Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and if the document is in conformity with the provisions, thereafter register and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. It is also made clear that in the event of registering authority not being satisfied with the compliance under the Registration Act or the Stamp Act, appropriate refusal endorsement together with reasons shall be recorded and communicated to the parties in terms of Section 71 of the Registration Act.

Registry to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.17809 of 2015 dated 22.06.2015 along with this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
