THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1514 of 2016 ORDER:

It is represented that the transfer O.P. is now listed for disposal on 24.03.2016. The present suit O.S.No.968 of 2014 is also posted to 24.03.2016. Therefore, the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar may not proceed any further with O.S.No.968 of 2014 till 07.04.2016, if in the meantime the transfer O.P. is not ordered, the Principal Senior Civil Judge can proceed further with O.S.No.968 of 2014 or if the transfer O.P. is dismissed even earlier thereto, it is open to the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge to proceed further.

With this observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of as the learned counsel would submit that steps would be taken once again to approach the Court for recalling the PW.1 for purpose of cross-examination without default.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. No costs.
