THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2884 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-A1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.15 of 2016 on the file of Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 509 and 323 IPC.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the same was numbered as C.C.No.1043 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner-A1 is given liberty to work out appropriate remedies before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
