THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3532 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 18.04.2018 in I.A.No.36 of 2018 in O.S.No.8 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, Mahaboob Nagar District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including the challenging of document dated 03.11.2010.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
