HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO TR.C.M.P.No. 49 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard both sides and perused the material on record and from the consensus arrived the O.P. No.2 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Chodavaram and transferred to the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada to dispose of according to law.

2) Both parties are directed to appear before the Principal Senior Civil Judge's Court at Kakinada on 24.10.2016 without any further notice, meantime the learned Senior Civil Judge, Chodavaram, immediately after receiving the order, shall transmit the record pursuant to the order. Both parties cannot expect any fresh notice from the transferee Court.

3) With the above observations, the transfer petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
