This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/Accused to quash the FIR No.21 of 2022 on the file of Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 406, 420 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. Perused the record.

The transactions in question pertain to purchase of property. For the said reason of the transactions being predominantly civil in nature, this Court deems it appropriate to conclude investigation, without taking coercive steps against this petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
