HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23503 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to declare inaction of official respondents in acting on the representation dt.16.10.2019 for grant of protection from unofficial respondents and their associates, as arbitrary and illegal. Heard Sri G.L. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for official respondent Nos.1 to 5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dt.25.10.2019 would submit that based on the representation dt.16.10.2019 made by the petitioner, which was sent to respondent No.5 - SHO, Medipally Police Station, Crime No.705 of 2019, dt.24.10.2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 506 r/w. Section 149 of IPC has been registered and the same is under investigation.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
