HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20313 of 2012 ORDER:

The proceedings dated 19.06.2012 in Rc.No.A6/4383/2012 are challenged before this Court questioning the appointment of Executive Officer to the 5th respondent Dachepally Group Temples. 2.

This Court granted interim stay on 05.07.2012 in W.P.M.P. No.26047 of 2012. Inasmuch as the very appointment of Executive Officer, in terms of Section 17(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments (Amendment Act, 2007), is only for two years, the period of appointment would expire by 2014.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
