HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.26091 of 2007 ORDER:
Petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of Ac. 12.27 guntas and Ac. 22.23 guntas of land in S.Nos. 1548 and 1551 respectively situated at Madikonda Revenue Village, Hanmakonda Mandal, Warangal District.

It is stated that the petitioner succeeded the property from his ancestors and thereby several disputes arose between third party claims and thereafter, the matter came to quietus. Since the land was not put to use and it is a barren land there was no occasion for the petitioner to keep the track of the revenue record. The petitioner represented the matter before the first respondent and got issued legal notices on 7.2.2007 and 16.8.2007 and representation dated 18.8.2007 requesting to rectify the entries in the revenue records for the year 2006-07. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner approached this Court by way of present Writ Petition.

In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.8.2007 before the first respondent was pending at the time of filing of the present Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.8.2007, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing all concerned. However, the petitioner is also at liberty to file a fresh representation enclosing the evidence, if any, and the same be placed before the first respondent at the time of hearing. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
