In view of dismissal of CRP.No.3318 of 2018, filed against the order dated 21.02.2018 passed in IA.No.467/2017 in OS.No.312/2011, seeking amendment of prayer, no orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition which is filed against the order dated 21.02.2018 in IA.No.468/2017 in OS.No.312/2011 for reopening of suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the CRP, shall stand closed.
