petitioner was granted building permission on 29 1 I '2025 and work commencement letter in File No-029450/MANK/00144/ lABPl2O25 dated 22.12.2025, and if any unauthorized construction is noticed, action will be initiated in accordance with law. 3.
Learned standing counsel for HYDRAA submitted that so far FIYDRAA has not interfered with the construction activity undertaken by petitioner over the property bearing tl.No.2-35l2i1 admeasuring 197. I 5 square nteters in Survey No. 1 [i I situated at Raghavendra Colony, Puppalaguda Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Recording the submissions of leamed standing counsel for CMC and leamed standing counsel for HYDRAA, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
