This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 05.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.215 of 2017 in O.S.No.195 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional District Judge, Khammam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Granting the liberty as prayed for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
