HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42027 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint against the 4th respondent and others before the 3rd respondent for forging his signatures. On the basis of the said complaint, the 3rd respondent registered FIR in the year 2014. But the investigation has not been completed so far. 4.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in FIR No.101 of 2014 and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible." 5.
