The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the order passed by the third respondent, vide Proceedings No.A/175/2018, dated 26.09.2019, whereby the request of the petitioner for issuance of permanent injunction restraining respondents 5 to 9 herein from entering into the suit lands was rejected and a direction was issued to the petitioner to withdraw the case filed against the said respondents. Admittedly, an appeal lies against the said order under Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Rules, 1969 (for short, 'the Rules of 1969'). The said appeal has to be preferred within a period of two months from the date of decree or order. Inasmuch as the order under challenge was passed only on 26.09.2019, it would be open for the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the authority concerned in accordance with Rule 18 of the Rules of 1969. It would also be open for the petitioner to seek appropriate interlocutory relief in the said appeal.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
