On 07.06.2017, when the present Second Appeal was listed, there was no representation for the appellants; Registry was, therefore, directed to post the present Second Appeal under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Though, in the morning sought to pass over the matter by another learned counsel on behalf of learned counsel for the appellants, but again at 2.30 p.m., when the matter is called, there is no representation.

Therefore, the present Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the appeal stand closed.
