O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the application of the petitioners dated 5.3.2016 filed under Form VI-A through Mee Seva for incorporating their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Bhogapuram, Vizianagaram District to consider the representation of the petitioners said to have been made on 5.3.2016 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
