The Court made the following: ORDER I

THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI C.C.No.1235 of 2022 OROER This contempt case is filed for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P No '18977 of 2022 dated '19-04-2022, whereby this Court has directed the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner without following due process of law. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. S. Viplav Simha Reddy submits that after disposal of the writ petition, the respondents have issued a notice under Sectron 7 of the Land Encroachment Act to the petitioner on 16-05-2022 asking her to submit a reply within seven days and thereafter, a final order was passed on 24-05-2022, He submits that the respondents having passed a final order pursuant to the show cause notice, they have come up with the bulldozer and JCB and demolished the entire construction. He submits that the alleged action of the respondents is clear violation of the ordbrs passed by this Court in W.P.No.'18977 of 2022 dated 19-04-2022 and hence, the petitioner filed this contempt case.

After the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.18977 of 2022 dated 19-04-2022, the respondents have issued a notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act and final orders were passed on 24-05-2022. So far the petitioner has not questioned the said final order dated 24-05-2022. The order dated 19-04-2022 in W P.No 18977 of 2022 passed by this Court is only to follow due process and the

L(J C C No 1235 oi 2:22 l issuance of notice and passing final orders are in consonance with the orders passed by this Court lf the petitioner is aggrieved by any irregularity in passing the said final order, she ought to have availed the appropriate remedy. Hence, this Court finds that there is no disobedience on the part of the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending i;r this contempt case, shall stand closed.
