THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13458 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.253 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Adibatla Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences under Sections 376, 417, 420 and 506 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
