2017-10-03B.Siva Sankara Rao1 pages

HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8979 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 of C.C.No.1248 of 2014 pending on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 3 to 6 Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and also learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition.

The material is imperfect to go into the merits of the matter. Having regard to the above, for nothing to quash the proceedings, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the trial Court by filing application to discharge. Needless to say so far as NBW issued against the petitioner concerned, as already bail is in force for the absence, if he appears in person by filing application for recall, the Court can permit and obtain fresh bonds by imposing penalty on the earlier bonds for non-compliance with the attendance pursuant to the bonds executed. Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
