Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal as the matter is settled outside the Court and he also filed M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.1049 of 2017 to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.1049 of 2017 is allowed and M.A.C.M.A.No.1460 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
