2018-11-01A V Sesha Sai2 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.Nos.11824 and 20086 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

Since these two writ petitions are similar, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these writ petitions by way of this common order. 2.

In these writ petitions, petitioners are praying for extension of benefit of Land Purchase Scheme to the Schedule Tribe as given to the Schedule Caste vide G.O.Ms.No.01 dated 26.07.2014. The decision taken by the Government is purely a policy matter.

Since it is a policy mater, this Court cannot compel the respondents herein by way of Writ of Mandamus to extend the benefit.

3.

Therefore, this Court finds no merit in these writ petitions. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 01.11.2018 grk
