HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33470 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. On 03.01.2020, this Court passed the following order: "Mr. M. Shankar, learned counsel, appearing for the counsel for the petitioners, informs the Court that the petitioners have taken away the bundle from the office of the counsel for the petitioners with No Objection long back. They have no instructions to report in the matter. Though the petitioners have taken away the file with No Objection from the earlier counsel, from the perusal of the file, no other counsel entered appearance on their behalf. From this, it appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. However, to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, post on 06.01.2020, under the caption for dismissal."

In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. From this it appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter diligently.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
