O R D E R:- The limited grievance of the petitioner as projected in the affidavit is that even though the petitioner made an application dated 24.01.2014 requesting respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to issue him duplicate D-form patta, pattadar passbook and title deed on the ground that he lost originals of those documents issued in his favour in respect of an extent of Ac.1.86 cents in Sy.No.71/5 situated in Laddigam village, Chandalla Post, Chowdepalli Mandal, Chittoor District by claiming himself to be absolute owner and possessor of the property, the official respondents have neither considered and pass appropriate orders thereon nor issued duplicate copies of the aforementioned documents so far. Hence, the present writ petition is filed seeking appropriate directions. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with the following directions:

"The 4th respondent - Tahsildar is directed to process the application dated 24.01.2014 said to have been made by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today."

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition,

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
